Who we are
This website is operated by Oliva Pizza, a stone baked pizza trailer based in Gerringong NSW 2534, Australia. You can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, event date, number of guests, event location or suburb, and the contents of your message.
This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies beyond those strictly needed for the site to work.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry about an event, a pizza night or a Bake at Home order.
- To work out whether we can cater your date and location, and to give you a quote.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
How we store it
The site and its form storage are provided by our hosting provider. Once the site is live, enquiries are emailed to us using SendGrid, and their privacy policy applies while a message is in transit. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your booking and our records, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the contact page or calling 0486 390 685.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Only essential cookies, if any, are used to keep the site working.
Third-party links
Our social icons link to Instagram, Facebook and Google. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.
Updates
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
